Printing black
When I wish to print articles in black, the printer is using colours to acheive this rather than black. It has only just started to happen.

printing on transparency film
I have a C7280 and one to print black and white images on ink jet transparency film with as much contrast as possible. Is it possible to turn the printer to black and white and increase the contrast? or set to the darkest setting.

New cartridges installed. Ran all maintenance processes. The Print Head Alignment process does not show all columns nor the column names after printing. Do I need to change the heads? Thank you for any directions. I can not find the manual.

I have changed ink cartriges and no result for printing from computer. I do seem to get copy and faxes. Black ink pool at the left hand side of grey sponge strip inside printer.

Feeder Broken
When printing, the printer seems to receive the image, starts printing process but the feeder is not grabbing the paper so no paper flows into the printer causing an error. Please help!

Problem with "yellow tank"
Says the yellow tank is empty or that it can not recognize the yellow tank or the wrong tank is installed.
Will not print no matter how many times the full tank is reinserted.

printer jammed
i was printing a photo and suddenly the photo got stuck half way thru process. Eventually i managed to retrieve it whole without using any force however it now seems to have stopped printing and the error light comes on whenever I try to print,
