We lost our DC coupler cord that goes from the battery charger to the camera which is the power cord when we lost our home in a tornado, we didnt use it for a long time and want to make sure I get the right one. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

flashing symbol not in manual
I am getting a red flashing symbol on the left hand bottom side of the screen that isn't in the manual. It looks like a rectangle with an arrow above it pointing to the right, with a line through it. Help!

I’m trying to determine how to make the time and date stamp appear on my pictures with the Canon Power shot A70 camera. I can set the date and time, but don’t know how to make it visible on the picture I take, can anyone help?

No power
I have a tape I need to copy which is stuck in my camcorder. The camcorder will not power on using battery alone or mains charger connected. To all intents and purposes the camcorder is dead. This seems to have happened out of the blue. Anyone have any ideas?

Downloading between main drive and SD chip
I am not able to distinguish how to d/l material from the main disk, and the chip. I have the HF11, d/l to Iphoto on Mac 10.5, and it only d/l's fotos and movies from the chip. I can't seem to see the main disk....
Other thing is....I've taken some still photos on the SD chip, that wouldn't show on…

i have an ATR35s microphone supplied with the camera (CanonHG10). as far as i understand that's a stereo mic. However, the camcorder records on a 'mono' mode. How do i switch between stereo and mono recording in my camera? Thanks.

I can't figure out how to view pictures off memory chip in camera on the computer. I took it out and only previous pictures, I can see the pictures I've take from video camera only on the video camera. Is there a step I am missing to do before removing chip off video camera?
