jerking motion
When shooting in Hd on auto i find that when i play back after burned on dvd on wide screen tv. that on scenery shots in becomes very jerky motion

Lost igitial Video Software
I have been using a mini Dv cassette not a disk. I want to download content of cassettes on to my computer BUT although I have the Digitial Viedeo Softward Instruction Manual but I ave lost the Soution Disk and don't seem to have the right cable either. Can anyone advise me please. Thanks.

tape to computer
I am unable to get imovie to see the tape on my camcorder. It sees the sd card and movie from there OK but when I switch to tape- my mac sees nothing.

It seems to record (says it is) but when you change it to play,rewind it and then push play it is a blue screen with mult-s flashing

Download to Camera
How do I get the Camera to accept the download from my Mac program "Final Cut Express." Somehow when I try to download to Camera from file "Print to Vodeo' it does not show the images even though the counter is moving on Camera. Please help!!!

Hi, I have a cannon DC330 and I am trying to connect it to my computer to download video. The computer is not reading the camera.

product malfunction
My DV will not accept my cassettes. Once it's installed, the screen would say"remove tape". It will close and reopen. It want play.
