Can't take photos
When I press the shutter release button, the screen on my camera goes black and I can't take a photo. I have put in new batteries. I have tried closing and reopening the lense cover. It is sporadic. I was able to take one photo, but now I can't take a second one.

It won't turn on
I was downloading pictures to my computer from the camera and apparently the battery was low and it went off. I replaced the battery with a brand new duracell battery but the camera won't turn on again. Please help!
