PENTAX OPTIO L30 failure to boot fully

LCD screen
I accidentally dropped my camera on a wooden floor. Ever since the LCD screen is white with some black on one edge. It no longer functions to view or take pictures. The camera still will take pictures. Will replacing the LCD screen correct the problem and is that something I can do myself?

Downloading
Whenever I try to download images, it says that there are no photos there but there are photos in my camera. I used to be able to download images but I didn't use my camera for a long time and after that, it doens't recognise the photos anymore. It's an Optio S55.

How to unlock the SD memory card ?
Does any one have any idea how to unlock the SD memory card. When we attempt to take a photo it comes up on the camera screen as CARD LOCKED.

Need Technical Help

Can only take pictures w/o SD Card
Suddenly I cannot take pictures with the SD Card installed.
Turn on Camera with Card and the screen remains blue/blank & cannot access menu, mode & camera will not turn off until SD card is removed.

when I turn it on,displays logo for a second, Green mode and shuts off.
Press delete button on the right bottom corner - Green mode sign was disappeared,but still shuts off in a second like before.
