  eject tape/ fuzzy picture in the center of lens
  We were given this camcorder as a gift two years ago. The Samsung SC-D363 worked well for two years until recently I noticed the picture was fuzzy when trying to record and the words eject tape would appear on the screen, not allowing the picture to record. How do I fix this problem or do I need to send it to a repair service. Can you help me please, I NEED THIS CAMERA TO WORK FOR MY DAUGHTER'S FIRST BIRTHDAY PARTY ON OCTOBER 4TH!! ELMO IS COMING! Thank YOu!

  we recorded a whale watching trip. In trying to play it back there are pink bars through the picture. What is wrong? the battery wa charged. It has never done this before and we have cleaned it.
