Can You Help With These Problems?

  Camera Problems
  I recently dropped my camera. I can turn it on & the imager(?) comes out, vibrates, it beeps. Canon name comes on the screen, blacks out & I get a # E18. The Imager(?) won't go back in unless forced. Which I rather not do. I can see the photos I have taken on the screen. That's it.

  camera doesn`t work
  camera works when first turn on for one picture then goes off. i can look at pictures but can`t take any the batterys are new
