Can You Help With These Problems?

  hello,
  When I playback my tapes on my canon zr800 camcorder, gray lines appear horzontal accross the screen. As if you're looking at the filmage through shutters. Thought it was the tape, but it does that with other tapes. I've had the camera for 2 years, first time it happens. Thanksin advance for help!
