Can You Help With These Problems?

  padlock appears on screen when lead is connected to usb port and cannot download images

  getting date to appear on pictures
  Need help to have date appear on Pictures, I have set the Date and on the settings mode set it to Dpof with date and the date appears for 5 seconds or so then disapears. I have a Fujifilm A350 FinePix
