    This site sells printed copies of manuals.

    You have to pay but I think it's worth it to have a proper printed manual rather than trying to read the manual on screen.

    Also if you print a downloaded manual yourself you are left with loose sheets of paper and it will probably cost you at least $10 in paper and toner.
