Pentax Digital Camera Optio T20

I really need help and I can not take no for an answer!

Hi Pentax! I really love the camera I got and the model is a Pentax Optio T20. I have all of my and my families memories in there. Then we went on a trip and when we pressed the play arrow it said no image/sound and we are all upset. Can you help me out please? It has our 2 daughters graduation in it and our pictures of trips and loved family members. And we also asked someone to take pictures for us. Thank you and have a nice day!

P.S: Can you get back photos if you accidently pressed format and format again and it said no images/sounds? If you don't get what I mean please email me back.
