JVC Camcorder/Digital Camera

i have a message on my camcorderthat says EO2...safeguardmode.remove batter and then reattach.we did that but nothing happens so what do we do now.it was workin fine and then i took the tape out andput bac in and that is what happen.thanks for your help....i need it.........
