our camera won't download videos. we downloaded the cd that was given to us and it still won't download. I'm not sure if we have the right cord, but it seems to fit the camera and the computer right and when its plugged in an icon pops up on the computer. for some reason we can get the audio and some pictures to show up, just no videos will show up, only the videos sound. how do we get it to show the actual video tape? help please!
