Pentax Digital Camera Optio S

I'm receiving code "A90" in the LCD and the camera will not function. It powers up, but difficult to shut down. When powered, nothing will work. The lens will extend, but a picture will not produce through the LCD. It appears to be a software glitch in the camera.
