Lens Stuck Out

Okay,My mom purchased A Sanyo Digital Camera like a year ago. And I haven't dropped it or anything and I was taking a picture and when it flashed i heard a popped sound and now my lens stuck out and it won't go back in.So I took it back to Wal-Mart and they told me to email the company and you will tell me what to do.So,how do I fix it?Please help me!
