Sony Digital Camcorder DCR-TRV285E

placement of Digital 8 tape record

I am able to open the area of the tape to place the viedo tape. However I cannot more the silver backing that will allow me to place the tape within the digital Video camera recorder- the are 2 areas

1 do not push here

and

2 Push _ this section

I am unable to push it and get it open.
