Face
Detect
You can have the camera automatically
detect the position of a face and use this data
to set the focus and exposure* while shooting.
In addition, the camera will meter the subject
so that the face is correctly illuminated when
the flash fires. If a face is not detected,
shooting will take place with [Center].
* Only in evaluative metering mode (p. 115).
Center
The camera fixes the AF frame at the center.
