This section guides you through setting the fisheye lens, image quality,
and auto contrast modes on your Nikon Coolpix 995 digital camera.
When the Nikon Coolpix 995 camera is in Fisheye 1 mode, the Auto Image
Adjustment setting can cause images to be dark. Selecting Normal mode
in the Image Adjustment settings should correct this problem, as
described in the last step of this addendum.
Select Fisheye Lens Mode
1. Pivot the mode dial around the shutter release button on the top of
the camera to M mode.
2. Press the Menu button to show the first menu page.
3. Select the sixth menu item, Lens, by pressing the down arrow four
times. The word “LENS” will appear across the top of the screen.
4. Press the right arrow button to select this option.
5. Choose the Fisheye 1 option from the Lens menu and press the right
arrow key to select it. The LCD screen will return to the Lens menu.
6. Press the Menu button twice to return to the camera view.
Use the Multi
Selector arrow
keys to select
options.
