Displaying a Description of Each Scene Mode (Help Display)
Select a scene and move the zoom control
(A1) toward g (j) to view a description of
that scene. To return to the previous screen,
move the zoom control toward g(j) again.
Tips and Notes
When you point the camera at the subject, the camera automatically
recognizes the shooting scene mode from the list below and adjusts the
shooting settings accordingly.
The focus area depends on the composition of the image. When the camera
detects a human face, it focuses on that face (A53).
Depending on shooting conditions, the camera may not select the desired scene
mode. In this case, select another shooting mode (A19).
