DISCONNECTING YOUR CAMERA FROM THE PC
FOR Windows Me/2000 USERS

Check that the orange lamp
on the camera is not blinking.

Click on the [Unplug or
Eject Hardware] icon
displayed on the task bar.
Then the message to stop the drive
is displayed.

Click the message.
The [Safe To Remove Hardware]
window is displayed.

Click on [OK] when the
window is displayed.

Remove the USB cable from the camera.

Remove the USB
cable from the PC.
Note
If the Windows returns the following message when attempting
to disconnect camera, close all applications and try again.
