Traditional CCTV surveillance system is gradually replaced to deploy in
packet switching TCP/IP network with Internet Camera. PLANET Internet
Camera ICA-210W features a built-in CPU and web-based interface that
can transmit real time and high quality video images and sounds for
monitoring.
ICA-210W supports wired and wireless networking. ICA-210W can be
placed either in a LAN or an available xDSL/Cable modem connection.
ICA-210W also supports DDNS; user can view images by typing easy-to-
remember name instead of IP address in web browser.
With optimized M-JPEG image compression, the ICA-210W can efficiently
and effortlessly transmit images for various applications. Moreover, 3 levels
of compression rate can be chosen depending on network bandwidth and
image quality concerns.
The ICA-210W delivers superior quality, an ease-of-use web management
integration, PIR sensor for motion detection and advanced email
notifiction/FTP upload funtionalities. With its Plug-N-Watch capability, a
network administrator or SOHO user can seamlessly complete network
deployment in minutes.
The powerful camera utility IPView Pro assigns the administrator with a
pre-defined user ID and password, allowing the administrator to modify
the camera settings from the remote site via Intranet or Internet. Users are
also allowed to monitor up to 16 cameras centrally, take snapshots, and
perform recording/motion detection tasks from the remote site via
Internet.
With great and practical functionality, such as built in buzzer, supplement
