Battery precautions
Only use AA alkaline, NiMH, NiCad, or lithium batteries with this camera.
Never mix old and new batteries, different types of batteries (for example, Alkaline
and Lithium), or batteries from different manufacturers.
Do not expose batteries to direct heat or dispose of them by burning. Dispose of
batteries according to local laws and regulations.
Remove batteries from the camera if you are not going to use the camera for extended
periods of time.
Remove dead batteries from the camera. Dead batteries are susceptible to leakage,
which can cause significant damage to your camera.
Note: Camera damage caused by misuse of batteries is not covered under the One
Year Limited Warranty.
