LCD-linked Power
Turning the power On/Off is done by opening or closing the LCD monitor.

• Setting the LCD monitor to the viewer position ( p.38) does not turn the camera
off.

From the setup menu, use the jog dial to select [LCD-
LINKED POWER] and press the OK button.

Use the jog dial to select [ON] or [OFF] and press the OK
button.
The selected time is set and the setup menu reappears.
ON : Opening and closing the LCD monitor turns the
camera on and off.
OFF : Opening and closing the LCD monitor does not turn
the camera on and off.
