After hooking the camera up to our computer, we are unable to veiw anything on the screen. The exceptions are if we snap a picture, it will show up on the screen for a moment, then it too goes away. Pressing the menu button does nothing, and pressing the 'review' arrow at the lower left side of the screen does nothing. Battery has been removed for a minute (to reset) and replaced, still nothing. Any ideas?

i was able to put my pictures on my computer by using my usb cord. but when i put it in my photo printer it said no pictures found. and when i put the memory card in my photo printer it said no images on the card. so i tried to copy pictures to the card and when i clicked yes it would say no image on file. i dont understand what im doing what or what im suppose to do to print the pictures. its the dualview camera
