Product Problem: no flash

On the screen of the camera my only flash option is "no flash." I can't get my other options such as auto flash, flash on, etc to come back onto the screen

i got error code"E:91:01" and then flash is not working

I am also getting the same error E:91:01 and a blinking flash indicator light. The flash is not working ever since I started to get this flashing error. How to solve this problem? Can anyone help please?

Sir i have a problem with my sony cyber shot
DSC-W35/W55 7.2 mega pixcel Digital Camera.
when i get it power on it shows a massage like "access" and after that show that power off and on again. but after power off and on it still giving the same massage.

I am trying to use th ip program that came with the camera but after it shows the ip and I select and go to password and enter admin/admin as both defaults it displays an error message i also entered my administator pass and name and same thing. please help so i can st up this camera
