Question About AIPTEK Camcorder HD-DV Camcorder
will record sound, but screen shows black...

The camcorder will record any sounds i make, but it will not record the video. when it turn it on, all the symbles on the corners of the screen are on and work, and i can get to the menu. but it shows as if its pitch black out. is the lense just broken or something?

0 camcorder will record for about 4 seconds and then goes black and switches to "welcome" screen.

0 Mine will record for about 4 seconds then goes black and then back to the welcome screen and not save anything. Is there anything to i can do to stop it?
