Question About BenQ Camcorder None
horizontal lines on pictures...

The camera was working fine and then suddenly all the pictures looked as though they had be taken trough open mini blinds. At the bottom right of the screen is a rectangle with lines through it preceded by 3 stars.Can not find my user manual and am stuck as to the solution.
