Hey my Benq DC e800 camera has suddenly froze. It was conected by USB to my computer. And it froze when I removed the USB cable from the computer (in my haste I forgot to use the "Remove device" option on my PC.) Can you please help me to reset my camera? - sadly I`ve had it for a while and my waranty is expired. Please contact me at bad3000ro@yahoo.com Have a nice day

0 nvm I removed the battery and I managed to unfreeze the camera!
