Question About Canon Camcorder MV650i
cassette tray will not eject...

The camcorder is fully charged with a cassette inside - I press eject and it opens underneath the machine but nothing else happens. Any ideas as on the front inside it says do not press the cassette as it will damaged the camcorder.
