Question About Canon Camcorder XL 1
connecting camera to computer...

Hi, I have a cannon DC330 and I am trying to connect it to my computer to download video. The computer is not reading the camera. I did download the Cannon Digital Video Solution Disk but it looks like it is more of an editing program than a help guide. Please send me suggestions on how to get my computer to recognize the camera. Thanks, Marci
