I`m trying to hook this up to my t.v.,I have a cable with red and white colered ends.....and the camera "out" hookups are white and yellow.....Are these the wrong av cables.....

5 Typically a red/white cable is used for stereo audio, but you can use this cable for just mono TV connecting. The important thing is the camera "out" hookups are white (audio mono/left) and yellow (video). You can use your red/white cable as long as it is connected to your TV video input (typically yellow) and TV audio input (typically white for mono or left speaker, red for right speaker).
