Question About Canon Camcorder None
ES970 video camera...

I am trying to play back my tapes (in VCR mode) but I just get a fuzzy screen. There is a little symbol like a parralelogram? flashing with a line through it. There seems to also be a small arrow pointing to the right directly above the shape. Please help! I wanted to transfer these tapes to DVD this weekend! Phooey!
