Question About Canon Camcorder ZR800
gray horizontal lines...

hello, When I playback my tapes on my canon zr800 camcorder, gray lines appear horzontal accross the screen. As if you're looking at the filmage through shutters. Thought it was the tape, but it does that with other tapes. I've had the camera for 2 years, first time it happens. Thanksin advance for help!

0 your need to clean the heads, use a conon dry cleaning tape, about $25. Place the tape in and hit the play button about 20 secs. good luck.
