I have a Canon ES 950 and the devise/ door that the tape goes into does not want to close when the tape is in it. You can see and hear the wheels turning inside when the tape devise is not closed. It does however close when the tape is out. Can you give me some trouble shooting ideas on how to fix this problem. I no longer have a manual for this camera either. Do you have manuals? I have not found one on your site.
