I have a Canon UCX40Hi camcorder. I am unable to play back the recorded tapes clearly. The camcorner will accept the tape and the tape starts to move when I press play so none of the wheels are sticking but the quality of the playback is very bad, it looks as thought it is snowing. I have used a head cleaner to clean the play back/recording heads but this does not make any difference. Any solutions?
