TAPE KEEPS EJECTING...

MY CANON KEEPS EJECTING MY TAPE AND ONCE IN A GREAT WHILE IT WILL TAKE THE TAPE BACK IN AND THEN EJECT IT BACK OUT AGAIN......HELP!
