Hi, I have had the camera for a couple of years and no problems. I recently tried taking the tape out and putting in a new one and an error come sup on the screen saying remove cassette. I have tried old and new cassettes, tape cleaner and each time the cassette is rejected. The machine makes a loud whirring sound as if it is trying to take the tape but it doesn't load up. Can you suggest what may be worng? Thanks
