Question About Canon Camcorder XM2
zoom & play back problem...

My play back & the relavant buttons at the handle cannot simply work. Also the grip zoom button's flex is broken and I cannot zoom.Am just stranded with this camera in such a big need. Please if I can obtain the service parts let me know. willdenji@gmail.com
