canon Battery charger cg-580 manual...

My 10D won't fire up using either of 2 batteries I have charged with the CH-580. When I insert the battery to charge, the diode light stays on "charge" mode (verus blinking until 100%. So I don't know if the battery is fully charged (therefore a problem with the camera), or if the charger is broken and not charging the batteries. I'm trying to find the user manual for the CG-580 to find an answer.

5 Had the same problem then realized one of the terminals on the charge (corner near the lights) was not springing up - popped it wup witha pen tip - now works fine
