Hello, Our camera has been working beautifully for four years until about a week ago. Yes, before you ask, the lens cap is off and the camera is turned on. But nothing can be seen in the view finder or flip display for current pictures and when you take a picture it records it as an all black image. We can view other pictures saved on the sd card through either the display or view finder, and all function symbols, menu, and the like show up as well. Nothing seems to be obstructing the lens. Please help. Thank you!
