Question About Canon Digital Camera None
Tranferring pictures...

I have loaded the Eos digital solution disk version 22.2. I am unable to transfer pictures from my camera to laptop. It appears that the computer is not fully recognizing the connection. The computer recognizes the USB has been connected but the when I launch Zoombrowser EX, it does not show my camera as being connnected.
