Question About Canon Digital Camera A30
USB interface...

i misplaced the origingal USB cord and bought a generic one "belkin" the fittings are all fine however, now that i have loaded the software disc onto my laptop it tells me it cannot locate the camera.. Can you plese help me. Jenny
