Question About Casio Digital Camera EX-Z77
Battery Charger...

I bought a new battery thinking my battery was no good but am now under the impression it is my charger. When I go to charge my batter the red light blinks and doesnt stay a solid red. Has this happened to anyone and can it be fixed?
