i have centon fh85 thats dedicated to minolta dyna...

i have centon fh85 thats dedicated to minolta dynax film slrs iwould like to use it on my sony 200 dslr .it fits the shoe registers in the view finder but doesnt fire the AF illuminator or the flash would a pixel tf 323 flash adaptor work. is the centon 85 considered trigger high voltage
