I have your COBY DP800D 8" digital photo frame s/n FH09090225000519 and cannot get my PC to recognise it when connected to any of my USB ports. All I want to do is copy some photograsphs from my PC to the COBY for my Mum's 90th. Okay Ive had the Coby for over a year in its package but never got around to using it. Will you help please? Tom
