Question About Concord Camera Digital Camera None
Outside pictures hazzy...?...

I had the camera before Katrina. It was stored at a friends house.I used to be able to take photos in and outside.When I try to take one outdoors,the outline of the person,is all I see.The only photo,that came out recently was a sunset. I downloaded the manual,but am unable to access it,Why is that..? Tracy
