Cable that came with product will not connect to my notebook! Tried an old usb cable and could not get anything to come up on screen on my notebook but when connecting flash drive to frame it starts downloading but don't know how to save any photos. When I take out the flash drive the photos are gone! Can anyone help? Is this photo frame a piece of crap or what?
