How do I load my pictures?...

I've tried loading pictures from my card onto the photo frame and it doesn't work. What's the trick

0 sheilah i dont believe the frame has an internal memory. i cant get my photos to load either. your card or camera has to be connected to view pics all the time. but like i said not sure. tried callingcompany put on hold for an hour.manual sucks bigtime not at all happy with this product at all .
