my dxg camera...

i just bought this video camera a few days ago and it wont turn on at all and it dosent charge because it takes aaa bateries but its not turning on at all does anyone kno what i can do? if u kno how to get it to turn on pleze email me the instructios at xdevilgirl621x@aim.com thanxx a lot peacee out
