My son has DXG MPEG 4 movie camera model 506v, I just put in new batteries and when you turn the power on nothing appears on the screen it stays black with no picture. and once the power is on you cannot shut it off unless you open the battery compartment and pop up a battery then it will shut off and leave it off but once it is on that is the only way to shut it off and you cannot get any picture or menu nothing on the screen when it is on. Any advice or trouble shooters will be helpful
